SHIPPING POLICY

 

As our business grows, it is important that we continue to offer affordable shipping to our Wholesale and Foodservice customers while also managing our costs.  (*This Applies To online Orders Only) Don't forget, all of our products are available both online wholesale account orders and for customers’ Brick & Mortar locations,   so please contact us to receive your favorite way to buy Nature’s Mills products.

GROUND (3-10 DAY) SHIPPING

All orders are shipped via UPS Ground Shipping, which typically arrives in 3 to 10 business days.  All UPS Order shipments of Nature’s Mills products must be informed of any and all product damages and/or shortages within 3 days of receiving product

to receive credit. Please take photos of all damage as reported.  UPS reserves the right to inspect damaged goods prior to approving claims. Please hold damaged goods for at least 3-5 days after reporting to Nature’s Mills (The KEELEN COMPANY).

 

LTL Freight Shipments

Please inspect your LTL shipments upon receipt. Any missing or damaged product must be listed on the BOL before signing

with the driver. This must be reported to Nature’s Mills (The KEELEN COMPANY) immediately but no later than 3 days after receiving merchandise; otherwise credit / replacement will not be given.

 

Correct Addresses

Please check all your addresses carefully. We cannot be responsible for lost or late shipments due to incorrect addresses.

There will be an extra charge for incorrect addresses.  We cannot be responsible for incorrect addresses. We must have current, complete and correct shipping addresses to guarantee delivery. Alaska, Hawaii, Guam and Puerto Rico will be shipped U.S. Postal Priority Air at Standard shipping table rates.  You can change your address by contacting us via e-mail at:  nfo@naturesmills.com or sales by phone at 1-470-900-4345.  Be sure (if applicable) to give your old address as well as the new address.

We ship to all address Commercial Physical addresses, P. O. Boxes and Military Addresses for samples. We have a variety of shipping options to ensure quality delivery.    If you have any questions about the best shipping methods please call sales at        1 - 470 - 900-4345.  When using a P.O. Box, delivery is made by the U.S. Postal Service. The website will choose the most appropriate shipping method for your address type in most cases. Standard Shipping

Shipments to business addresses in the 48 contiguous state up to 5lbs. will go UPS 3-day Service. Shipments over 5 lbs. will go UPS Ground. Orders for prompt delivery will be shipped within four (4) business days.  2nd Day upgraded shipments will ship within (3) business days after order is received and will arrive via UPS two business days after ship date.  Outside of that typically orders are shipped four (4 )business days after the order is received. Deferred shipments are sent to arrive per your request.

UPS Next Day Service is available on telephone orders. Call for Details.

Acknowledgements

All orders are promptly acknowledged as they are received. Please keep your acknowledgements for your records.

Credit Card Orders

We process orders immediately; therefore, you may receive your credit card bill before the product has been shipped. US Postal Priority Air (USA). Add $1.50 per item

 

Substitutions

We reserve the right to make substitutions of equal or greater value when necessary. This still carries our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.  Changing Your Order. Please do not ask us to change your order unless it is absolutely necessary. It may cause a delay in shipping.

RETURN POLICY

RETURNS OF DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

At the customer’s option, a refund will be issued for items purchased from naturesmills.com that are defective (this includes items recalled by the manufacturer. If the customer opts for a refund, the refund will be made using the same credit card as the original purchase. The discretion of Nature’s Mills shall be final in determining whether merchandise is “defective”. Product packaging is designed to protect the contents. Refunds or credits will (not) be issued for items with minor cosmetic blemishes that happen during shipping, such as dented box corners or scuffed labels; in other words, if a product is purchased elsewhere (amazon.com, outside retailers), customers must address returns directly with that specific retailer.

The KEELEN CPOMPANY | Nature’s Mills | Roman Mills Trading Company has a no-return policy on non-defective merchandise.  All products are guaranteed fresh and delivered promptly.  We are sorry, but we can only accept returns if product is defective. In those cases, the product merchandise can be returned for credit or replacement ONLY UPON PRIOR WRITTEN APPROVAL.  If approved, product must be returned in unused and undamaged condition within 10 days from customer's receipt of merchandise. 

Please Note: Since our products are food or beverage items, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
