FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS 

HOW LONG TILL I GET MY PRODUCT(S)?

For our North America Markets it usually ship in 3-to-4 days (it is also contingent upon product is currently inventory) then it typically takes another couple of days to get to you. Therefore, it is best to reorder when you've got enough products left for about a week of inventory. 

For our Export Customers it usually ship in 5-to-7 business days to an authorized | approved distributor; then it typically takes another couple of days to get to you.  (This is also the case if the product is shipped direct)

 

WHY DOES YOUR PRODUCT COST MORE?

Real food costs more than factory food; plain and simple. Our farmers, suppliers don't just farm crops. They tend the land that grows the crops. So our ingredients have higher nutritional content than the run-of-the-mill stuff you would typically find in traditional retail and commercial foodservice outlets; even more than a lot of corporate organic ingredients and processed food packages currently out there.

 

WHY NOT ORDER LOCAL?

Local makes a lot of sense for a lot of things. But the fact is different ingredients grow ideally in different parts of the country. And since we only source the best, we use and go where the great producers of ingredients are. We've looked at the math and approx. 4% of the energy costs to produce our products go into transportation.   Our products and ingredients come from the best small farms in the country right  for your customers, operations, kitchen and table. Simply Put . . .  Better Ingredients, Better Tasting and More Nutritional Meal Experience.

 

WHOLESALERS:  WHAT IF THE PRODUCT PASS ITS BEST BUY DATE?

We will provide credit or offer product replacement for any reasonable business reason. ("I just remembered I don't like BFY products" … isn't one of them.)  Remember, all products must be properly stored | inventoried in a dry and cool place, at all times.

 

DO YOU SELL IN RESTAURANT QUANTITIES?

Yes we do! HOW ABOUT WHOLESALE TO RETAIL STORES?

Of course, we can send you a wholesale price list, product ranking by category and advise you as to whether you'd be best served by one or our distributors or by ordering direct.
