Basmati White Rice
Basmati is a long grain, fragrant rice that cooks fluffier than white rice, but is also stronger in flavor than jasmine rice. We choose aromatic white rice with a sweet, nutty flavor for our White Basmati Rice.

Basic Prep
Place 1 cup White Basmati Rice and 1-1/2 cups of water in a pot with a lid. Bring to a boil, cover, reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes. Season as desired. Fluff with fork before serving.
