Description
Organic Powdered Dried Cane Syrup is simply a pulverized version of the less processed, standard granulated white sugar.
Because it is less processed, dried cane syrup boasts more nutrients than the standard variety.
White Sugar, or "sucrose," is derived mostly from sugarcane and sugar beets through heat extraction before it is processed into the refined sugar that is most commonly used today.
Today, roughly 70% of sugar is derived from sugar cane in tropical countries and 30% is derived from beets.
