Organic Black Rice Pad Thai Noodles are medium-width noodles made from organic black rice. The noodles have a chewy, toothsome texture and easily absorb the flavors of whatever they are cooked with.

Basic Prep
Cook in boiling water for 5 to 6 minutes. Drain. Rinse in cold water to stop cooking. Use as directed in recipe.

    • Use in Pad Thai, a Thai stir-fried noodle dish
    • Add to Asian-inspired soups
    • Use to prepare cold chicken or vegetable and noodle salads
     
    Description
    • Our Organic Black Rice Pad Thai Noodles are medium-width, gluten-free noodles, about the size of Italian linguine and made from all-natural black rice.
    • With a plain, mild taste, pad Thai noodles easily absorb any flavor they are cooked with, making them extremely versatile as a vehicle for bold, bright flavors.
    • Because they are made from rice flour, pad Thai noodles are cooked differently than traditional wheat noodles.
    • Instead of boiling, pad Thai noodles are soaked in cold or warm water. The soaking process softens the noodles and makes them slippery, while boiling makes them sticky or gummy.
    • Pad Thai, the signature dish made with these noodles, is flavored with soy sauce, fish sauce and tamarind, and topped with slices of scrambled egg, tofu, ground peanuts, lime juice and cilantro.
     
    Storage & handling
    Store in a dry, cool place.

      All UPS Order shipments of Nature’s Mills products must be informed of any and all product damages and/or shortages within 3 days of receiving product to receive credit. Please take photos of all damage as reported.

      UPS reserves the right to inspect damaged goods prior to approving claims. Please hold damaged goods for at least 3-5 days after reporting to Nature’s Mills (The KEELEN COMPANY).

      LTL Freight Shipments

      Please inspect your LTL shipments upon receipt. Any missing or damaged product must be listed on the BOL before signing with the driver. This must be reported to Nature’s Mills (The KEELEN COMPANY) immediately but no later than 3 days after receiving merchandise; otherwise credit / replacement will not be given.

      Seasoning, Spice & Rub Shelf life

      Our seasoning has a 2-3year shelf life. While out of date seasoning won’t make you sick, we do not recommend selling or using it beyound the products' best buy date (shelf life). It will be stale and lack freshness.
