COOKING DIRECTIONS:

Add pasta to a large pot of boiling water with a pinch of salt and a splash of neutral cooking oil. Boil for 4 to 5 minutes and strain pasta from water. Use immediately or run cold water over noodles to prevent overcooking.

  • Use in place of traditional wheat-based fettuccine noodles
  • Toss with creamy alfredo or hearty tomato sauces

    UPS reserves the right to inspect damaged goods prior to approving claims. Please hold damaged goods for at least 3-5 days after reporting to Nature’s Mills (The KEELEN COMPANY).

    LTL Freight Shipments

    Please inspect your LTL shipments upon receipt. Any missing or damaged product must be listed on the BOL before signing with the driver. This must be reported to Nature’s Mills (The KEELEN COMPANY) immediately but no later than 3 days after receiving merchandise; otherwise credit / replacement will not be given.

    Pasta Shelf life

    Our pasta has a 2-year shelf life. While out of date pasta won’t make you sick, we do not recommend selling or eating it. It will be stale and not have a great fresh taste.
