Description

  • Black Garlic has a storied history in the cuisines of Asia. It is especially highly prized in Korea where it is enjoyed for its mellow flavor but also treasured for its antioxidant properties.  

  • Black Garlic is made by fermenting freshly harvested raw garlic by carefully controlling the temperature and humidity of in which it is stored. This process mellows the expected astringency of raw garlic and heightens the sweeter, rounder components of its flavor in much the same way that caramelizing onions brings out their inherent sweetness.
  • This sweetness helps explain why Black Garlic is used in everything from noodle and rice dishes to sweets like cakes and cookies.

    All UPS Order shipments of Nature’s Mills products must be informed of any and all product damages and/or shortages within 3 days of receiving product to receive credit. Please take photos of all damage as reported.

    UPS reserves the right to inspect damaged goods prior to approving claims. Please hold damaged goods for at least 3-5 days after reporting to Nature’s Mills (The KEELEN COMPANY).

    LTL Freight Shipments

    Please inspect your LTL shipments upon receipt. Any missing or damaged product must be listed on the BOL before signing with the driver. This must be reported to Nature’s Mills (The KEELEN COMPANY) immediately but no later than 3 days after receiving merchandise; otherwise credit / replacement will not be given.

    Seasoning, Spice & Rub Shelf life

    Our seasoning has a 2-3year shelf life. While out of date seasoning won’t make you sick, we do not recommend selling or using it beyound the products' best buy date (shelf life). It will be stale and lack freshness.
