Basic Prep
Rinse 1 cup Natural Red Rice. Cover with 3 cups of water. Bring to boil, cover. Reduce heat and simmer until water is absorbed, about 45 to 50 minutes. Drain excess water. Rice will burst when tender.

- Blend with wild rice, brown rice or other whole grains
- Use in risottos, pilafs, fried rice or side dishes
- Substitute for brown rice to add color and flavor to any rice dish

Description
