TERMS & CONDITIONS

Since our products are food items, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges. In the event that your order does not arrive to your satisfaction, please contact us at:   info@naturesmills.com with your order number and any additional details and photographs.

All UPS Order shipments of Nature’s Mills products must be informed of any and all product damages and/or shortages within 3 days of receiving product to receive credit. Please take photos of all damage as reported.

UPS reserves the right to inspect damaged goods prior to approving claims. Please hold damaged goods for at least 3-5 days after reporting to Nature’s Mills (The KEELEN COMPANY).

LTL Freight Shipments

Please inspect your LTL shipments upon receipt. Any missing or damaged product must be listed on the BOL before signing with the driver. This must be reported to Nature’s Mills (The KEELEN COMPANY) immediately but no later than 3 days after receiving merchandise; otherwise credit / replacement will not be given.

Granola Go-Cup Shelf life

Our go-cups and granola products have a 6-months shelf life.

We do not recommend sell or consumption of this product beyond the products' best-buy sell date (shelf life).  It may not make you sick. The product may be stale and lack great freshness.

RETURN POLICY

All products are guaranteed fresh and delivered promptly.  We are sorry, but we can only accept returns if product is defective. 

In those  cases, the product merchandise can be returned for credit or replacement ONLY UPON PRIOR WRITTEN APPROVAL. If approved, product must be returned in unused and undamaged condition within 10 days from customer's receipt of merchandise.  

Ingredients: Rolled oats, rolled wheat, agave nectar, brown sugar, whole wheat flour, natural almonds, unsweetened coconut, walnuts, applesauce (apple & water), aci-juice concentrate, salt, soda, cinnamon, all natural vanilla flavoring, natural walnut flavoring.
